He has strong general management and negotiation skills and has been instrumental in many creative ventures and change management programs within the industry. Frank is the current chairman of TEBA Ltd. and a Director of both Healthshare and the Healthshare Pharmacy Companies. He is a registered industrial psychologist and his academic qualifications are: Bpl.Hons, M.Comm, Mdp and Edp.

Tony is a medical doctor who is passionate about business. He has an MBChB medical degree, as well as a B.Comm and an MBA, with distinction, from the Witwatersrand Business School. He has 15 years experience in the healthcare environment, of which 11 years have been at senior management level. He has overseen many healthcare transitions and has strong communication and change management skills. Apart from being on the Healthshare Board of Directors, his main contribution is in operations, but Tony also contributes at a strategic level.

Damola Osundele is an alumni of University Of Lagos and holds an MBA from the prestigious Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, UK.

She has over 14 years’ work experience which cuts across public and private sectors.

She is currently an Administrative Executive in Healthshare Procurement Nigeria, where she oversees the administrative section of the company, which holds an International franchise for a company in Healthcare Management, Healthshare Intergrated Solutions Ltd.

Prior to this appointment she worked in African Circle Pollution Management as the Manager, Administrative & Human Resources from 2008 to 2012. Other previous engagements include Leadership & Visions, a Lagos based consulting firm from 2005 to 2006. Prior to this engagement she worked in Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) from where she started her career and rose to assume the role of Environmental Control Officer.
