Abubakar Muhammad Mukhtar
Group Founder/CEO
Abubakar Muhammed Mukhtar is the Founder of Healthshare Nigeria, a leading healthcare turnkey solutions provider. The company was founded In 2013, initially providing hospital equipment procurement solutions to both government and private companies mainly in Nigeria. Since then, the company has diversified and expanded Into a multi service healthcare value chain solutions provider to meet the needs of a diverse network of clientele in West Africa.
An Alumni of the International School of Management(ISM) Paris, holds MSc in economics and MBA degree with over 20 years cognate experience in both Public/ Private sector,He served on board of various private and government companies and agencies. He has vast area of expertise in: Management, Marketing, Inventory control, Negotiation, Regulatory Compliance, Documentation & Report, Process Validation, Planning and Execution Skills.
Damola Osundele
Group Chief Operating Officer
Damola Osundele, an alumni of the University of Lagos with an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, boasts over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She is currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer. She also oversees the operations at Healthshare Procurement Nigeria, holding an international franchise for Healthshare Health Solutions Ltd. in healthcare management.
Her career highlights include managerial roles at African Circle Pollution Management and a signifificant tenure at the Nigerian Ports Authority, where she began as an Environmental Control Offcer. Damola’s commitment to professional development is evident through her participation in conferences and training programs, including the EUROSHORE Conference in Rotterdam, EMS Certifification Awareness Training in Lagos, and the 9th World Free Zone Convention in Hyderabad, among others.
With a diverse skill set and a track record of success, Damola Osundele stands out as a leader in administrative and healthcare management.
Dr Tony De Coito
Non Executive Director
Dr Tony de Coito is the Founder of Healthshare, one of Africa’s leading healthcare management solutions provider. In 2004, Tony started the company by providing management turnaround solutions to hospitals owned by some of South Africa’s largest mining houses.Since then, he has grown and expanded Healthshare’s services to meet the needs of a diverse network of private and public hospitals, government ministries, pharmacy groups, oil companies ,and corporates in over14countries across Africa and the UAE. between practising medicine and the business of providing quality, accessible healthcare in traditional and emerging markets for over 16 years. He has helped clients commission and manage their facilities, turn around struggling operations into profifit making entities,and grow health care facilities into award winning companies. Tony received his MBBch from Wits Medical School. He holds a post-graduate diploma in anaesthesia and primary emergency care from the College of Medicine South Africa as well as a post graduate diploma in occupational health from the DOH at the University of the Free State.
Halima Muhammed Mukhtar

Halima Muhammed Mukhtar is a dedicated social entrepreneur and philanthropist committed to building strong communities and promoting holistic lifestyles. The CEO of Slauson Nigeria, she is also a founding member and trustee of a Charity called Ladies of Republic of Nigeria (LORON). Her unwavering dedication to serving her community and promoting community building, with particular emphasis on promoting holistic development in children, has led her to serve on the PTA board of the esteemed Lagos Preparatory and Secondary School in Lagos, for the past seven years.
A creative by nature, she has coordinated Children’s programs supporting local charities. In addition, she is instrumental in organising several feeding and intervention programmes in Lagos. Her experience cuts across fund
raising, social development, wellness interventions, strategic planning and community bonding initiatives. With an insatiable appetite for learning
Frank Sullivan
Non Executive Director
Frank has 27 years experience in Human Resource Management, which includes serving as an HR Director and Executive of Harmony Gold Mining Company. He has strong general management and negotiation skills and has been instrumental in many creative ventures and change management programs within the industry
Frank is the current chairman of TEBA Ltd. and a Director of both Healthshare and the Healthshare Pharmacy Companies. He is a registered industrial psychologist.
Suleiman Baiyee
Independent Director
Capt. Baiyee has extensive experience in Marine, IT, Project Management and
Consultancy services. Some of the places he has worked include; Shell Tankers UK, Nigeria Airways, Inner London Probation Service, Beaumont Colson (Newcastle), Tokke Maritime Services, Starzs Marine and African Circle Pollution Management Ltd etc. He has extensive experience in Marine Assets Evaluation and Inspection. Over the past 10 years, he has focussed on ensuring that equipment and systems installed in vessels built by Nigerians abroad and funded by Banks are to world class standards/specifications and fifit for our environment. He hopes to start building vessels in Nigeria specifically for the Oil and Gas industry.
He obtained a Master’s Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operational Research from the University of Lancaster. He also attended the Liverpool School of Maritime Studies where he studied Nautical Science, and qualified to be a Master Mariner. He is a PRINCE2 Certified Project Management Practitioner.
Muhammad Abdullahi
Independent Director
Muhammad Abdullahi. An Alumnus University of Lagos where he holds a Masters degree in Public Administration, he has extensive exposure managing public and private sector organisations proven track record of interpreting and implementing policies to drive organisational success. Abdullahi has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, resource coordination. His diverse career spanning in both corporate and public sectors will contribute to his responsibility as an independent Director to oversee the company’s aairs and make sure its mission is fulfilled.
Usman Bara’u
Non Executive Director
Usman Bara’u is a distinguished business professional. Holds HND in Accounting from Hassan Usman Polytechnic, Katsina. He brings a wealth of fifinancial expertise to these ventures.As a seasoned businessman, he has successfully navigated various sectors, contributing to the economic landscape with his vision and acumen.
With a foundation in sound education and years of hands-on experience, Usman Bara’u upholds the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in every business endeavour.
Saidu Usman
Non Executive Director
Saidu Usman is a business man, with a diverse background spanning logistics, transportation, commodities and energy.
He obtained a B.Sc in Business Education from University of Maiduguri and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and a certified chartered and proficiency in Management from Nigerian institute of Management
He has worked with various organisations, thus bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the organisation. His vision is about driving operational excellence and steering companies towards sustainable growth and success.
