Healthshare Nationwide Foundation (HNF) was established in September 2022 as a result of the Founder, Abubakar Muktar, Chairman of Healthshare Group, making the profound statement "Food as Medicine is Life to Patients."
About Us
Feed The Patient Program
The Healthshare Nationwide Foundation will implement 'Feed the Patient' program throughout West Africa with the goal of mobilizing resources to achieve a sustainable healthy population in nutrition, combat hunger, and improve healthcare. The HNF is an Exempted Limited Guarantee Foundation Company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with Limited Liability from the 16th day of September, 2022 under the registration number :
The CORE of our work is believing in the future of a healthier Africa and taking action to reach and meet their needs. Over the next ten years, our programs and interventions would have impacted the lives of over 20 million indigent beneficiaries, mostly children, in underserved, hard-to-reach communities across the West African sub-region, from one country in 2022 to over 15 countries in 2032.

The Healthshare Nationwide Foundation (HNF) is an international non-profifit organization with the vision of "food as medicine for every patient," a world in which every woman, man, and child undergoing hospital treatment has a better chance of survival by providing good food, fulfifilling life of self-reliance and dignity."

The mission of the organisation is to
alleviate the suffering of patients and
boost their chance of survival through our
'feed the patient program' and equally
improve the delivery of quality healthcare.
Halima Muhammed Mukhtar
MD Healthshare Nationwide Foundation
Halima Muhammed Mukhtar is a dedicated social entrepreneur and philanthropist committed to building strong communities and promoting holistic lifestyles. The CEO of Slauson Nigeria, she is also a founding member and trustee of a Charity called Ladies of Republic of Nigeria (LORON). Her unwavering dedication to serving her community and promoting community building, with particular emphasis on promoting holistic development in children, has led her to serve on the PTA board of the esteemed Lagos Preparatory and Secondary School in Lagos, for the past seven years.
A creative by nature, she has coordinated Children’s programs supporting local charities. In addition, she is instrumental in organising several feeding and intervention programmes in Lagos. Her experience cuts across fund
raising, social development, wellness interventions, strategic planning and community bonding initiatives. With an insatiable appetite for learning
